1. The Service

BarkArt.co is a custom figurine creation service. You upload a photo of your pet, our AI generates a 3D design, and we print and ship a physical figurine to you. The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from BarkArt.co. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may only upload images you have the right to use (i.e., photos you own or have permission to use).

3. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading an image, you represent that:

• You own the image or have the rights to use it
• The image does not contain anything illegal, obscene, or infringing
• You grant us a limited license to process the image solely to fulfill your order

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images. You retain all rights to your photos.

4. AI-Generated Designs

The figurine designs are generated using AI technology. Results may vary. We cannot guarantee that any particular design will capture every detail of your pet. The preview image shown is a representation — the physical printed figurine may differ in color, detail, and finish due to printing characteristics.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Orders are final once payment is confirmed, subject to our Refund Policy below.

6. Intellectual Property

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law
