Production Time

Shipping Address
Your shipping address is collected at checkout via Stripe. Please ensure it is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your figurine arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. See our Refund Policy for details.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional countries may be added in the future.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.
