Refund Policy

Each figurine is custom-made to your order. Because of this, we have a limited refund policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a full refund or reprint if:
- Your figurine arrives damaged or broken
- The figurine you received is materially different from the approved design preview
- Your order is lost in transit (confirmed with carrier)
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated design that you approved before ordering
- Minor color variations due to printing characteristics (PLA colors can vary slightly by batch)
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after printing has begun
- Orders where the submitted photo was low quality, blurry, or obscured, resulting in a less detailed design
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reprint, email us at [PLACEHOLDER: contact@barkart.co] within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect figurine
We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
