Find my Etsy orderI bought a coloring book on Etsy. How do I get it?
Go to barkart.co/etsy and enter your Etsy order number and the name on the order. Then upload your dog's photo, check the drawings, and download your finished book from the same page. The PDF you got from Etsy has the same steps and a QR code.
Where do I find my order number?
On Etsy, open You → Purchases and reviews and find this purchase. The order number is on the receipt.
It says it can't find my order.
New orders can take up to 15 minutes to reach us, so if you just bought, wait a few minutes and try again. Also check the name: use the name on the Etsy order (the name you checked out with), not your Etsy username. For a printed order you can use the ZIP code it ships to instead. Still stuck? Message us through Etsy with your order number.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, bright photo with the whole dog showing, with the face, ears and markings easy to see. A second photo helps the likeness. We need a JPG or PNG up to 12 MB.
My photo won't upload (iPhone).
Some iPhone photos are saved as HEIC, which we can't read. On your iPhone, open Settings → Camera → Formats and choose Most Compatible for new photos. For a photo you already took, tap Share and choose Copy, or screenshot the photo, then upload that.
Can I put two dogs in my book?
The upload step has an option to add a second dog to the same book. Give each dog a different name and their own photo.
How long does it take?
Your dog's drawings come first and usually take a few minutes. After you approve them, we build the whole book, which takes a few minutes more. The page updates by itself, so you can keep it open, or come back later with your order number and name.
I don't like how the drawing looks.
You can ask for a change, up to 2 times, and add a note about what to fix (for example "the ears are floppy, not pointy"). Using a clearer photo also helps.
What happens if I don't approve the drawings?
If we don't hear from you for 3 days, we finish your book from the drawings as they are. You can approve or ask for a change any time before that.
How do I download my book?
When your book is ready, the download button appears on your order page at barkart.co/etsy. It is a PDF. Save it to your device, then print the pages at home as often as you like.
Do I need to give you my email?
No. It is optional. If you add one, we use it to tell you when your book is ready. We only send news and offers if you tick the separate box for that, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What do you do with my dog's photo?
We use it to draw your book. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Something went wrong or I need a refund.
Message us through Etsy (open your purchase and choose "Contact the shop") with your order number and what happened. Etsy handles payments and refunds, and we'll help sort out the book.
